We accept paypal, credit and debit card. We also take PayPal, Amazon and store credit via boodun E-Gift Cards.

Our store issued Gift Cards are currently exclusive to our stores, and are unable to be used online. Similarly, our E-Gift Cards are exclusive to online purchases.

Boodun products are based on Asia size. EU/US size is not accurate to the real EU/US size. Different design use different material, stretchy different.

Boodun is happy to help you pick the best fitting size if you could provide us your measurement of chest, waist, hip, height, weight with the item picture/link. Jiust send the above information to our service team at nico@boodun.com

You shall expect to receive an order confirmation email right after the order is placed. The email contains your order number, order item description(s), item quantity(s),

and shipping information. Check your email spam box if you didn’t receive this email. Please make sure boodun.com is on your email white list for future communication.

Please double check all the order information. In case wrong information was enter, please contact us at nico@boodun.com ASAP.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when package be shipped out. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a tracking number and tracking websites .Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit the express company websites to enter the tracking number. From there, you can monitor your package’s progress until it’s delivered to your door.

Please send us a couple of pictures to nico@boodun.com for our reference. boodun will send you an replacement once we confirm that is our quality issue.If you could fix it by yourself, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired.
