About Refund
To make a return for a refund, please follow these guidelines:
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of invoice
Items must be in like-new, unused condition and undamaged
Proof of purchase is required
Items ineligible for return:
The item was not purchased from boodun Bicycle, Inc.
The item was invoiced more than 20 days ago
The item has been used
The item is not in new condition
The item was marked “final sale”
The item was damaged by improper use or accident
Please email nico@boodun.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return label. Please include the Return Form with your returned product.
You may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, not including initial S&H charges, plus any applicable tax, as long as new, unused items meet the refund eligibility terms above. You may be eligible for an online store credit equal to the purchase price, not including initial S&H charges, plus any applicable tax, as long as used items meet the online store credit eligibility terms above and are returned clean.
All returns:
Refunds, less original S&H, will be credited to the original payment type* used for purchase within 30 days after return is received. Online store credits, less original S&H, will be issued within 30 days after return is received. If there was an error on your order, such as wrong item shipped or damage during shipping, boodun will credit your original S&H charges (if applicable). If an item is returned that does not meet eligibility guidelines listed above, the return will be declined and the item returned to you.
- A note requesting a gift recipient refund along with the information below:
- Name of gift recipient to be refunded
- Gift recipient member number (if applicable)
- Gift recipient address
- Gift recipient phone number
- Gift recipient email address
If the gift recipient contact details are incomplete and/or a gift recipient refund is not clearly requested, the original purchaser will be refunded.
- A gift receipt or the original proof of purchase.
Please note: All gifts returned by mail will be refunded in the form of a check issued to the gift recipient name and address provided. We’ll email you once we’ve issued a check – typically within 10 business days after we receive your package.
Refund amount may differ from the original total paid due to tax rate differences between purchase and return locations.

Return process
New and unused merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached, up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund.
we will return any product that appears to be worn. We reserve the right to refuse any items deemed to be in an unsanitary or unsafe condition.
Please return item(s) in the original packaging. Once approved, returns will be refunded to the original card used to purchase the item(s).
Exchange Policy:
If the exchanged item is no longer available, the original card used to purchase will be automatically refunded for the order (excludes shipping).
Please email nico@boodun.com with “EXCHANGE RETURN” and our customer support team will be happy to assist.
New and unused merchandise may be exchanged for the same item, in a new color or size, with the original tags attached.
New items will ship once returned items have been received and processed in accordance with this policy.
Exchanges will be accepted up to 20 days from the date of purchase.

Return shipping fee
1. In case of dissatisfaction or dislike for non-quality reasons, the buyer shall bear the return freight when returning or replacing the goods.
2. In case of delivery error, insufficient delivery or quality problems in the seller’s order, the Seller shall bear the freight returned by the buyer or the cost of resending the products to the buyer.
3. The Seller shall deliver the goods in time. If the express company is damaged or lost, the freight shall be borne by the express company.
