We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via Please allow up to 5 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 3 – 5 business days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 7 – 21 days for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS, FedEx or DHL.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.

Buyer is Importer of Record

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes boodun to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees boodun may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
